LeapingFrogLady...can I please please please get one of those hibiscus plants? I have toying with the idea of tomatoes, I would love to get one of those toos. As for vegetables from me; I have some Purple Tomatillio seedlings that came up last week. still small but should be transplant size soon. Nasturtiums can be used an herb (real spicy). I tend to throw them in my salads to liven it up. I have plenty of those. Columbine seeds just germinated this week as well. I have a list of more stuff locate up top. Newish to SA by way of the DoD. Just saw this posting. Bought a new house and have been going crazy with landscaping, granted it seems to be a tad different than what you all do. Is this once a year or other? If once a year, would there be interest next uear for any of the following: Goji berry Honeyberry Blueberry southern Pink lemonade blueberry Brown turkey fig Everbearing fig Pineapple guava Named versions of dragonfruit (purple haze, American beauty, and another. May have other types ready to propagate by then) Pomaagranet If I can acquire good root stalk I have some great, sweet kumquats, sutsumi. Can not guarantee Meyers lemon would be ready. Loquat And this bush that grow REALLY good here. Stayed green all year and has maroon/reddish thistle haired type of flower or something. Pretty sure I can root cuttings as this thing grew from 2ft to about 5ft in 8 months And if interested may pull up rootball for this black leaved crape myrtle. It was planted in yard, thought it was dead in the winter and mowed over 3" new growth. Just seeing as some of my stuff may take time to graft or root.

Ellen Boussant (not sure on the spelling)-deep pink trumpet shaped flowers Crinum americanum-native, goes dormant, spreads by runners, white, pink-tinged open spider type flowers. Ron and I had a wonderful time. He commented that I might actually have come home with less than I took, which is exceptional!! Thank you Charlotte for a great get together. It was wonderful seeing everyone and I am very pleased with all the plants I have acquired. Bob, thank you for answering my plant identification questions. I can't wait til spring! I also think there was a nice diversity in the plants. Ally & Lindsey - I will be digging purple iris' this weekend and promise to get them in the mail by monday. Lindsay you should be getting mail today, it's the seeds you wanted. It was wonderful meeting new swappers as well as seeing people from the last swap.
