Tomato seedlings question

I have a bunch of tomato seedlings that are 2 weeks old and I'm beginning to notice that most of them have pink stems. However, a few of them have white ones and look droopier than their pink stemmed counterparts. Does that mean they are not as healthy? Should I snip them?

Also, most of the seedlings are leggy because I don't have a good, sunny window (I do rotate them between windows to get more sun), but they are standing tall and straight for the most part. Most of them are at 2 inches and are beginning to sprout their first set of true leaves.

Is this newbie on the right track?
