Caesalpinia pulcherrima

My two year old plant died last year I think it got too cold so I bought seed pods back from my holiday in Tenerife and sowed them two weeks ago. I thought I may get one or two to germinate but I'm amazed that 20 with two more to come have sprouted.

The trouble now begins as I have to keep them growing in an already crowded indoor space with my other tropicals.

Please could someone advise me what compost and size first potting to use and how long to flowering if they survive?

Thanks Hazel.
