I would certainly call them. I got my shipment about a month ago and they looked wonderful. I planted them and they're all leafing out now. Before I made my order, I had a question that they couldn't answer about Young Lycidas' growth habit because they didn't have experience with it yet. They connected me via e-mail to someone in the UK who is well acquainted with the rose who answered my questions. I thought they were very helpful. Even if you've planted them, I'd tell them that they looked poorly when you got the shipment. That way, if they do poorly and you call for a replacement they know that the problem was present on day 1.

Your Clematis in the ground will be just fine. It will start to grow back in no time. Personally, I've never had much luck with rooting Clematis cuttings. They take months to root both in rooting medium with root hormone applied and water. Then, rooted cuttings are very vulnerable when planted in the ground. I would not bother with Nelly Moser which is cheap and widely available. You can still try it, but expect to wait for 3-6 months to see first roots. Soft new growth is likely to rot.

Very easy! You can break up the stem into two or three if you want. Get some perlite and a clean one gal pot. If the drain holes are too large you may partial block it with rock. You may not need rooting hormone. Wet the perlitein the pot and insert the branches. Cover the pot with a poly bag and secure the rim with a cloth pin in order to keep the inside at 100% humidity. Place it at a warm place but no direct sunlight nor too hot. After two months, Check any callus or root formation. Hope there is new root before cool weather.

Sorry to hear about the storm and all the damage. Yes, they will root very nicely in water. Trim off any stems/leaves that are sitting in the water as you don't want them to rot and smell. You should probably remove the flowers too, unfortunately. The bottom parts that are in the ground will put out new branches and flower as normal (just a bit later than their companions), so no worries there. For the splinted one, you could wrap it with masking tape or electrical tape. It might come back in the morning, and would probably appreciate some shade if you can rig something up. If not, even if it is badly wilted in the morning, you could cut it off and pop it in a bucket of water to revive it, then put it in a vase to root with the others. Something that helps with is Willow which acts as a root stimulant. If you have access to any, you could cut small branches and pop one in with each tomato plant, but you probably don't need it because tomatoes are so keen to push out more roots along their stems.
