How much sq ft space do I need to grow these veggies?

I am looking to create my very first square foot garden. I grew up doing the typical row gardens in a big way so I am not entirely new to veggie growing.

I know have a small city lot and intend to blend the square foot garden into the rest of my landscape. My family is composed of myself, husband, 9 year old son and 16 year old bonus son who is with us 1/2 the time. I am not interested in preserving veggies from my garden--I can go to my parents house for that. Just want fresh produce for dinner and also hoping that helping grow the veggies will encourage the boys to eat them.

Here's a list of veggies my family likes. How big does my square foot garden need to be to accomodate these? I've read about doing multiple crops in the same square...pulling one out when done and planting new but not sure.

roma tomato

cherry tomato

yellow tomato

regular tomato

lettuce

spinach

swiss chard

snap peas (my 9 year old's favorite)

zuchini

yellow squash

poblano peppers

green peppers

jalapeno pepper

green beans (pole or bush)

cucumbers

I also wouldn't mind tucking a few annual flowers in the mix just so it blends with the rest of my yard which is very flowery.

Any suggestions hugely appreciated.

Thanks!
