Florence and Nick, this is so fun getting to see you both!

Nick, we'd be calling you Jeff forever, had we not known. And it's wonderful that you're such a big fan of roses. When I was at the University all I could think about and worry about were my classes. I had no concept of gardening or roses or daylight even, spending all my hours in the dark of Studio and all-nighters haha! You did it the right way! Sunshine and roses, lol!

Florence I just love, love, love! your Find the Flo photo. Your smile just lights up the roses as you peek from amidst like a "heart amidst the flowers" and the photo below that is very sweet and lovely too! As Juliet and Debbie say you are such a beautiful, kind lady!

Renee, that is a very nice thread and I'm very happy you brought it here! I found you and Carla17, but we are missing most of Beth's mentioned oldtimers and there's no more Boxofrox photo links in that thread either...We need our Boxofrox right? lol! And seeing Nick and Florence is a real treat for us! Nick came around the same time as Jim and I, and I've always been curious as to the JeffCat who loves Evelyn so much! I will always remember this, hehe!

P.S. Nick, I love the photos and log you are keeping of the all-organics garden. This is another wonderful treat of yours...

It's lovely to see photos of all of you. I'm sick and don't want to take the hours it would take me to figure out how to find photos and post them.

But... I live in Alberta Canada, have 2 girls 16 and 13. Have 2 standard poodles (one black, Jellybean, and one brown(80 lbs!!), Toffee. Have a wonder, wonderful husband who supports me in absolutely everything. I also have 5 leopard geckos, 1 chameleon (veiled) and 3 cockatiels. We also used to have giant African millipedes and herit crabs.

I have a degenerative disability - so I don't work :). I've trained my dogs to help me with fetching items, balance, forward mementum and going down hills to name a few.

I'm 47 years old with brown hair and I love to laugh and smile.

And like all of you, I LOVE ROSES!

Haha, thanks Juliet and Serena. I might opt for the youngest or at least one of the youngest here, so I'm a pretty big amateur at the whole deal so far. Serena, most people on other various boards just call me jeff...I don't care either way as I recognize either or. Yes, I'm glad to be finished with college as well for the time being as I will have more time to do things without the crazy collegiate schedules. You can thank mostly the Columbus Park of Roses and Oakland Nursery in Columbus for enabling me into action with rose-growing, although I technically don't have enough room to grow them, but I make do. I'll have to root a few that I have to leave behind this fall so I can grow them in pots like the remainder of the Austins I have. HoovB did possess me into getting Evelyn after her pictures of her Evelyn...I think she probably enabled about everybody after those pics. I am also looking forward to tracking all the roses at the Park of Roses...I actually just returned from there and the 1st rose to bloom was a rugosa that I am getting pics of this Saturday and it should be all blooms, all the time from there on out, including my own roses.
