Lower Half of Pea Plants Turning Yellow

Yes, I'm already back with yet another concern. My little sugar snap peas are turning yellow and sad looking on the bottom half. Is this another case of over-watering? Please tell me it's not, because that theme is growing tiresome.

At any rate, I only watered them when I transplanted them a little over a week ago. They seemed like pretty little green dears up until the freezing temps and snow we got a few days ago. I had to bring them in for fear of snow damage to their delicate foliage, as well as to keep them from the moisture.

Other than that, I've let them be and they have been outside. Is it a normal process they go thru as they grow? Like how our little crown of thorns plant's leaves turn yellow and fall off as new one grow above?

I'm hoping they'll pull through once we get some more consistent sun.
