Hi, I can't seem to see any spore development on any of the fronds. This was the most mature of all of them so I took a pic of the underside anyhow, hoping it will assist in the id. The curliness reminds me of parsley. Thanks Tracy

Majesty palms are probably one of the worst palms for keeping indoors, and yet you see them offered by the hundreds every year. When the danger of frosts are over, your best option would be to keep it outdoors as a patio plant. One more thing, they are heavy feeders. Make sure to give it plenty of fertilizer and plenty of water (at least that's my experience growing it in the ground). In the wild, they grow along river banks, and often times, their trunks are submerged in water (hence the name Ravenea Rivularis). I'm sure pot culture is different, which is why topher suggests to give it good drainage.

Assuming this is Oncosiphon,some people asked for seeds and I would be glad to provide some but have no idea how to get seeds. I'm not a real gardener, just wanted to know the name of this plant that is all over the foothills north of Phoenix. So if someone could give me a few instructions re how to collect seeds I would be happy to send some off when they are ready. thanks Caroline (OP) Cave Creek AZ

It's tansy or golden buttons, Tanacetum vulgare.
