Germinating Plumeria seeds, but it's been over 90 degrees outside

I have bunch of mixed plumeria seeds that a friend just gave me, so I thought I'd go ahead and try one and see how it goes. I live in an apartment, and have a little container garden going on my south facing balcony, so I am going to have to get a huge barrel once it gets bigger.

Here is my problem though, I know your are supposed to germinate them in direct sunlight, but my windows dont receive direct sunlight, and it's been 93-100 outside this summer. It's dry heat though, not much humidity.

Will the seeds be ok in direct sunlight out on my balcony? There is a bit of shade I could put them in, if that would be better.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
