Help with leaf discoloration problem?

Forum members:

I have a relatively new plumeria plant that I purchased just a couple of weeks ago. It is about 14" tall, with three small branches and 10-12 leaves. It came in a small 4" pot with some sort of planting medium (this was my surprizing find at the local WalMart!). I replanted it immediately into a much larger pot with a good draining soil. Since then it has been spending days on the back patio with daytime temps in the mid- to high-90s and full sun. Recently several of the more mature leaves have started to show a yellow discoloration along the central axis of the stem (see photo). Close inspection has revealed no signs of insect infestation. Anyone have any ideas? Could this be shock from being moved from a low-light level in the WalMart plant section to bright sunlight? Do I keep as I am, or adjust? There have been no other signs of heat stress (wilting, drooping, etc.). I am watering sparingly, and letting the soil dry between waterings. Any ideas anyone?
