Oh Yeah, Cutting Rooting in Water

I want to thank those who have suggested rooting a cutting (actually a broken off branch) in water. I tried it and it works. It has taken a month but the branch has gotten little root nubs and new leaves shooting out. I still have it indoors next to a window. The temps are about 78 at night and 85 during the day. I coated the branch in rootone and added Vitamin B-1 Plus to the water. I changed the soaking solution about every two weeks in addition to topping the water off each week. I am amazed it worked. Below is a picture of the set up. I have removed the bottle and planted the branch in perlite and well drained soil in the pot in the picture.

I watered with the B-1 vitamin solution. When should I start fertilizing and with what fertilizer? Inquiring minds want to know. Mahalo and aloha.
