Wintering Plumerias in the Mountains of Arizona

I live about 100 miles from Phoenix to the north in the mountains. I have been reading that Plumeria's should not have temperatures below 60 degrees. The nighttime temp's are right at 60 but still in the low 90's in the daytime. When should I put them in for the winter and what is the process. I have 4 cuttings that have rooted great this summer. When do I repot them and is there special care for the cuttings as opposed to the 3 that are larger which I bought from a garden center. Chris
