I've noticed a few of these insects crawling all over my pepper plants on my ninth-floor apartment patio. If I recall correctly, I've also seen them on my okra, but they seem to leave my tomatoes, beans, flowers, tropical plants, and all my herbs alone. Also, they are difficult to photograph as they have a tendency to run and hide when anything "unnatural", like my camera, gets too close to them. If anyone knows what this insect is, and how to eradicate it (if necessary), please let me know. Thanks.
