problems with queen palms can't find the answers

Hi there. I have 9 queen palms planted last November. All are doing great. Some bigger than others. I have two that have developed some issues. In Arizona there is no documented case of bud rot on queen palms - so, I know that isn't it. The first has black spots all over the fronds and on the trunk in places. Is this a fungis - when is it too late to save the palm? Is it copper spray that I use?

The other one suddenly started yellowing and sagging like it was not getting enough water - wilting. I understand that queen palms need deep watering on a regular basis - so, I know this is not the issue. The wind came up in monsoon and that palm's fronds were so weak, they twisted and had to be cut off. So, one has black spots and the other is yellowing and wilting...but BOTH have new growth - any ideas???
