Perhaps contact your county's Extension Service office to determine how to successfully grow tomatoes where you live in spite of the nasty bugs. I'll give you a little help posting the pics The first one is the only one that is helpful. Those white spots are suggestive of some disease. As for the yellowing around the edges, I'm not sure. Have you sprayed them with anything?

I spoke with the county agent and he asked me to take pictures and send to him, which I did. He in turn sent them to A&M and replied to me this morning. Evidently the pictures were enough to convince someone at A&M that it is TYLCV. His words: Duane, Yellow Leaf Curl Virus. caused by sweet potato whitefly. Given the info you gave us. Remove plants to prevent spread. I will be removing the 2 plants this afternoon when I get off of work. I will refrigerate a sample to be sent to their lab on Monday for further confirmation. I would love for the results to come back negative for TYLCV
