mosaic virus on squash or just nutrient deficiency?

About four weeks ago I transplanted some squash and zucchini sprouts I had started from seed indoors, just as they were getting their first set of true leaves. I put one of each variety in two separate beds, and since then the zucchini seem to be doing fine, however both squash plants have been yellowing in the leaves (though still growing at the same right and showing no other bad signs). Here is the worse of the two, taken about 10 days ago:

Since transplanting the weather has been pretty horrendous... lots of clouds, rain, and a few chilly nights. It's just now starting to get sunny and warm for more than a day at a time. I've been worried about overwatering and possibly nutrient deficiencies, though that wouldn't seem to explain to me why the zucchinis are fine but the squash aren't. I'm really hoping it's not mosaic virus, as I'd much rather add something to the soil then have to pull them up and start over.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be much appreciated!
