what's wrong with my plants?

Nooo! I don't know what's happening. Maybe a water problem, but there's also been a little white fungus growing on the soil which started in the peat pots. Also, I just bought a patchouli and anise hyssop from a local grower. After transplanting them, the patchouli especially started to look really bad. It had a few yellowing leaves the day I bought them but it's been less than a week. The hyssop I bought had little white dots on the leaves to begin with but looked healthy. Hoping whatever is wrong with them hasn't spread to the rest.

Please, please let me know what you think is wrong and what I should do! In the photos there is also a weird nasturtium leaf, some sad basil youngins, a luffa squash and a mystery plant which smells a kind of citrusy.

Looks like a slime mold to me. What is the potting medium composed of?

I planted the seeds in peat moss and then repotted most of them with a mix of peat moss, jungle growth potting mix and a little builder's sand. I wasn't sure what to do about the fungus on the soil surface aside from putting a layer of sand on top. It does not seem to have done a thing.

It has a few small holes. If that's all that's present, it's not a problem.

It doesn't look familiar to me. However, I doubt that it's lack of water since it only seems to be a just a few stems. I might cut out those stems, wiping the blades with rubbing alcohol between cuts to sterilize and put those stems in the trash to avoid spreading disease. There is also a pest and disease forum called the garden clinic forum.
