Aloha

I have just recientlly been growing some sweet basil and some skyscraper sunflowers from seed. I have noticed that there are theese brown lines spreading all over the bottom two leaves. It looks like if a snail moved all over the leaf and then covered the tracks with a super thin layer of saran wrap. I have also just noticed that my sunflowers are getting it as well. Please someone check out my photos and help me identify the problem so i dont lose my plants !!!
