sabal palmetto

I have a windmill palm that I planted last spring and today it looks great after winterizing it. I have a sabal palmetto in a 20gal.pot. It is about 4 ft. and it hasn't grown much at all in 3 years indoors. I am thinking of plating it this spring and winterizing it the same why I did my windmill palm. The lowest temp was 28 degrees and the windmill palm has 3 new shoots. Any feedback on what temp I need to keep the sabal so it survives. Bill
