Chinese wisteria in a pot?

No, not permanently.

I haven't bought wisteria because it's such a slow grower, but I found a good sized plant - taller than me in the pot - I suppose the plant itself is maybe 5 or 6 feet tall, with a bend that runs for maybe 3 feet, and it's in bloom. It's $60, which doesn't seem a bad price for a plant that size that grows slowly. I wasn't planning on it, so I have no place to put it. Do you think it would be alright in the pot for awhile (assuming it isn't root-bound) while I work on my yard? Maybe a month or so? I'm not sure if it was pot grown, or moved to a pot for sale.
