ThatÂs so kool I use to live in GR, on division, past 68th street in Kentwood. I use to work in Holland and Ionia as a security supervisor for Menards. But alas most of Michigan is on unemployment me as well. So now IÂm going back to school I have math and speech to finish and then I will have my General Associates and then I have Child Pych and Intro to Teaching and then IÂll get my Applied Science Associates Degree. Lol But, what I really want to do is finish my pilots license. Last October I had my first instructional flight, at Benz over here in Ionia. It was so super kool, I got to fly to Pewamo, and back to Ionia granted I didnÂt talk on the radio, or land or take off I just got to basically steer. But it was so KOOL! Sorry I got off track lolol Why did you all move to Arkansas? Is there a place around here that sells burgs? Rock oak deer I would love to take advantage of every offer, but I donÂt want to seem to greedy. lol IÂve been bitten by the burg bug! Now I have the burg fever. lol and the only thing that will help is learning to grow and care for them so I can maybe some day get to watch them bloom. Lol Now I wanna brug farm heheh Thanks everyone for making me feel so welcome. Cassie

Thanks to all for looking. I have been working in the daylilies today and the little scoundrels have been flying all around me and fighting each other like bandits. All I'd have to do to run them away is get the camera. The butterflies did come to see me today, however. And they posed nicely too. and the other one: kay

Here is a picture of the twins born on Wednesday. The mother has been letting the white face one (first born) nurse so that is a relief. We are keeping them in the barn for a few more days. You can hardly see the mother laying close to them. She is black. I named the twins Petunia & Pansy, thanks anjabee! kathleen, that is so cute about taking the calf picture to school! sandi, this is the second year for twins. They are so cute but more work if the mother rejects one. The white face calf was so muddy when we brought it up to the barn in the tractor bucket! anjabee, thanks for the name ideas. I wrote them down & even tho Blossom isn't a flower it is part of one and I like it! Your kitchen sounds so cute! hi2all, that is about how many we had before cutting back. Sorry about your DH having to give it up. I know it will seem strange for us too when we sell them. terri_pacnw, yes, they are really cute when they are little!

I live about 4 miles from the Nordic Ware outlet store. I always pass it on the way to my favorite grocery store. Reading this thread prompted me to stop in today. I bought a cake pan that will make a pirate ship, and another that will make a castle. I already have a large cast iron ebelskiver pan - but the outlet store had mini-puff pancake pans. I bought the only two they had left. One for me and one for an unsuspecting forum member! Can you believe we still have this much snow left? And it's been sunny and 40-50 degrees for two days. This is how it goes in Minnesota. Winter one day and spring a week later. I hope the unsuspecting forum member loves the mini pan. It will make 5 ebelskivers at one time. Barnmom linked a recipe that looks light and tasty. Thanks Eileen. Ann posted a recipe that produces a heavier/denser product but is considerd more traditional by some. The recipe I use makes a pancake puff that is almost like a popover. Great find Eileen. Thanks for posting it. I see a couple of other older threads on the subject were brought to the top because of your thrift store score. I hope Alice enjoys it for years to come. Teresa
