Please help me name this flower.

Hello everyone,

Thank you for helping my id my beautiful red flowers as poppies. Now, I need help with the name of the blue one. Pic of it is on my page:

I have collected a ton of seeds from it, but would like to know what it is so can look up when is the best time to plant them.
