Might be a Warneckii but there are certainly varieties not pictured at this link, and one pic of each is hardly sufficient for ID. I'd lean toward one of the D. deremensis but also compare your plant to D. sanderiana. When it gets taller and has more of a trunk, you can be more certain of ID if you can't decide for now. If the light has been too low, that could cause the variegation to be more slim and/or inconspicuous than normal for any type of Drac.

Very strange but there might be something to a rename thing. Trophytaker series has Jen Melon as Jen Melon. Oakes does not list their own Jen Melon but list Star Struck and is listed as Star Struck in the All American series. Why market one with one name in one series and then rename it in another series makes no sense to me, but it becoming to look like Jen Melon and Star Struck are one and the same. Whatever it is, it's a beauty. I have a feeling the Starstruck in my garden is Jen Melon aka Star Struck. One would think the industry could market a daylily under one name especialy if the reason for the name change is 'more marketable name' but then continue to market it under two names. Hire a designer to give you an overall plan for everything that you want done. A good designer is able to be helpful with everything you are contemplating. You didn't mention exterior landscaping and hardscaping - that is generally a different skill set but advising on colors for exterior or a house and stuff like that is generally handled by a designer. A good designer doesn't simply help you select furniture and arrange it for you. I did a gut remodel and my designer provided an entire design plan (including furniture and arrangement at the end). She drew up plans which were submitted to the city for permits AND to the GC for the bidding process. You can't get an accurate bid from a GC without detailed plans because otherwise they are not bidding on the actual project. You will pay for these kinds of plans but you will own them. The designer will also offer advice on how to do the remodeling in stages that make the most sense which would include economies in terms of doing work at the same time if it makes more sense. A GC - however good the GC is in terms of their skill set is not a designer. They execute plans and they collaborate with a good designer in terms of how to bring plans to fruition in the best way both aesthetically and functionally.
