I may as well learn & do it right....

since I've gone nutty and now own a huge and still growing collection of JMs, I might as well learn more than the cultivar name and color. Actually the color part was easy for me: they must turn red or orange in the fall. Huh.

Anyway, I keep hearing about pruning, shaping, and in essence, controlling JMs shape and growth.

What would you say are the best, must-own books on JMs? And, if there happens to be something on keeping them alive in a 7b, longer-than-a-month 105 heat index with no rain nor shade? I could use that publication, too.

Thanks all. I learned to build a PC from a bucket of screws and bolts in the 80s from online boards. (Called "BBS" back then.) I've learned a lot of things online since then and once again, I'm really pleased and honored to learn from those who take the time to share their knowledge and experiences. I apprecaite it!
