Amur Maple - 'Flame' (pruning help please)

We planted an Amur Maple last fall. It was growing in a compact grove of other Maples at our local nursery. Because of this, the branches on the front have grown longer (3 feet long) compared to the branches at the back of the tree (1 foot long). Will the branches at the back eventually catch up with those at the front? Or should I prune those long branches back to balance those back branches. The overall structure of the tree is good (and would be perfect if the branch lengths were matching). It's just a bit lopsided now. Will it stay lopsided until it reaches it's mature height?

Thanks for any help!
