There are no updates for Windows 98 Just double click on your clock in the lower right corner before retiring that night and adjust the clock forward the one hour. Then to prevent the clock from changing again on last year's date click the Time Zone tab, remove the check mark, click Apply, click OK, done.

Besides what Randy wrote that you may not have all your updates I also wonder if you have a program running that goes out to the atomic clock at regular intervals to keep you clock accurate. Which it would keep at GMT rather than daylight saving time without that update. Interesting, let us know what you do/did to fix it please

Sally, Ok...got back this afternoon. I don't even know how many thrift stores we combed thru! I bought a couple plastic containers to put a project in so I can at least see what I'm (not) doing. Found 1 1/2 yd Tampa Bay Devil Rays fabric and they only charged me 99 cents! Good fabric, too! I finished a couple bags that needed some handsewing done on them and read a couple books. Other than that, I slept a lot (she did, too)! Couldn't believe it! Yesterday we woke up around 8 and ate a bagel....went back to bed and my cell phone woke us up at noon!!!! Thursday night we played Bingo and had fun. Oh yessssss, what a nice retreat....looking over Tropicana Field, seeing parrots fly around from your window, watching black and white movies (a couple starring Red Skelton - what a hoot), a lot of laughter and fun....... Linda, You did good in getting your quilt done and turned in! Make sure someone posts so we know how you are following your surgery. You know how we worry when we don't hear anything! I missed the time change last fall (or was it last spring?) I had started going "electronics free" on Sundays and Wednesdays. No Internet, no iPod, no television. Those are my two unplugged days. I will check my email, just in case anyone sent me a "real" email with family/friends news; I'll talk on the phone, read a book, or watch a DVD. But mostly I just stay away from anything with a computer function for those two days a week. I totally forgot about the time change that year and was so confused on Monday. I thought the computer was going bad. I remember it this year and got everything moved up an hour before I went to bed Saturday night. I have a desk clock that needs a new battery, and I've not been out to the car yet, but everything else is all good. - Bedroom alarm clock - Bathroom night light clock - Sewing room wall clock - Desk clock, waiting for a battery - Kitchen wall clock - Kitchen microwave(s) - Don't ask. - Kitchen stove - Kitchen timer - House phone; it didn't change itself? - Coffee maker - Three wrist watches - Vintage watch face that's still waiting for me to find the perfect strap for. Our two cell phone, two iPods, two atomic weather stations, and the computer set themselves. I have way too many clocks. I wish the oven, microwaves, coffee pot, and house phone did not have clocks. I'm one of those people that are driven mad if the clocks don't all show the correct time, at the same time.
