What does it mean when your blooms don't have a color?

Well I finally mastered inserting photos, so I can finally ask this question. Why are my All Summer Beauties, which are suppose to be similar to ES's in responding to soil acidity by changing from pink to blue, pretty close to white? The blooms are huge, a little over 10 inches across, and I have lots of blooms. These are 2 year old plants. So I hate to complain, but I don't want white blooms. I'll take either pink or blue, but I don't want white. What's this mean?

Here's the pic...

Thanks for the help,

Lauren
