Full StoryI planted 3 tardiva hydrangea tree last year and am having great success with them but it now occurs to me that they are really bushes that have been trimmed to a tree shape. does anyone know if tardivas are actually trees or a bush that has been trained to look like a tree. Will the stem grow taller or will it always stay at bush height? thanks for your help
