Rhubarb fruit leathers or mixed fruit leathers.

Okay another question, if you all aren't sick of me yet. I love the tart taste of rhubarb and was thinking of making some fruit leather with rhubarb. I was thinking of cooking it down with apples and pureeing like apple sauce and then dehydrating, do you think it would be a good combo?? I also have peaches, cherries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries in the freezer that I could add to the mix. I have 4 little ones that all like fruit roll-ups but all the extra sugar and preservatives keep me from buying them. If you have any good combos I am interested in them.
