Tomato frustration

annafl

Well, I was so happy that my 3 plants had set about 10 fruit during the cooler spell we had a couple of weeks ago. Come to find out at least 4 of them had worms, so I picked the little ones and threw them away. Now at least 3 or 4 more appear to be getting them right under the little sepals by the stem. I've been spraying with Bt, but didn't do it till I noticed the first tell-tale signs on the first one. However, since then, several have developed the spots. What am I doing wrong? How should I spray the Bt and how often? Will I have tomatoes this year? The grape tomato plant I have seems to be unaffected and bearing pretty well so far. Help!!! I'm frustrated.
