Preventative anti-fungal spraying with seedlings?

I'm a week and a half into my fall garden planting, and I'm starting to feel the first stirrings of anxiety. I've lost so many of my past plantings to disease, I dread the morning I might wake up and find the first blighted or mildewed leaf.

I'm thinking that I should start spraying with a an anti-fungal agent now (Mancozeb). But my garden is still mostly seedlings and very small plants. Do I need to wait until they're more established to start spraying?
