Is that even a photo, or a computer rendering? You see a lot of the light stones in Texas ... I think Texas Limestone.

Good work finding that, Jinx! I'd appreciate any and all ideas. I'm looking for a mid-toned blue gray, kind of smoky. Not too dark. I'm considering "Smoky Azurite" and "Secret Cove" but wonder if they'll be too light. My door is west facing and is out in the open (no covered porch area).

Please describe more what you are looking for because it's hard to tell from those blurry or faraway photos. Is the veining white or tan or gold? If the veining is white, it might be Cosmos Black granite or Copacabana Black granite. Copacabana has more dramatic white veining. If the veining is more tan or gold, then it might be Titanium Black granite. Please be aware that granite names are not consistent and slabs that look the same might have different names. If you've posted because you are looking for a similar granite for your kitchen, then it would be best to go to stoneyards and look at slabs that you like in those colors - the granites could be called anything really.
