Thanks guys, and yes Julie, it is great to still be having a few blooms. I can't ever remember having rebloom this late in the year before. In fact, while walking to the mailbox a few minutes ago, I noticed a couple more sending up scapes. I don't know, maybe it's all the rain we've had, and I guess the cooler temps might have something to do with it. Whatever is causing it, I'm thankful to be getting these late blooms. :)

Exotic Love is so pretty.Love that deep rich color. Its just great that your getting bloom and having more scapes.

I can only dream of things that would bloom three times. But whatever the reason, enjoy those extra flowers. I am sure that the extra rain had lots to do with it. But I am also wondering how long you have had some of these rebloomers. I often read that daylilies need time to settle in and that a mature clump will make lots of difference.

Jan, I am actually getting a few rebloom scapes this year too, and up until this year I didn't believe that many would rebloom here. (I have been heavy into daylilies for about 8 years, and the only reblooms I have seen before this year were on Swirling Spider and Stella).

I am noticing that my scapes are coming up mostly on the newer introductions that have been in the garden for 3+ years, so maybe it isn't just a fluke of the year, and like Rita said, they had just needed time to get established before they would put up additional scapes. (Keeping my fingers crossed that this is the case!)

Whatever the reason, it's great!
