Blue Wedgwood, grows faster than neighbor Aristocrat.

Beckoning leaf. New last year, this one grows fast. I need to move it, especially since it is near my Blue Umbrellas. Blue Umbrellas is a year older, grows even faster, and is going to eat everything near it. Hosta-haven, how much space are you giving your Blue Umbrellas?

Great pictures for my starving eyes. I see only white, white and more white outside my window.

These pictures are GREAT! I gotta learn how to take better pictures. What settings do you all use to take your closeups? I was using auto and landscape but my sister tells me to use what I thought was the "portrait" mode.

Bunnycat, I have a feeling I didn't give Blue Umbrellas enough space. It used to have a 4x4 chunk of land to itself but when I had to move about 50 hostas in a hurry last summer, I think it now has 3'x3' at best. We will have to see...

This one is representative of a pet peeve of mine. Ordered by mail, in 2006 it was expensive and incredibly small for a hosta that isn't a mini or small. It grew a little bit last year, but not enough to make me feel any better. Not much sign of the maple leaf pattern on the leaves, tho' that's probably because it is so young. I think sellers should warn customers if a hosta is a tiny tc. For what I paid, I expected something a bit larger.

Brigadier is the big guy in the middle - the colors aren't great on this photo - he is a darker green almost blue-ish. Big Daddy is behind to the left just a bit.
