Is this jam safe?

My aunt made raspberry jam, gave me a jar when I gave her blackberry jam. She said she'd "just made it" but not dated, it wasn't hot and I;m sure she had too much to do for the pig roast at her house on Sat for her to have made it that day (or Friday). I noticed last night the center wasn't concave, the lid gives a little when pushed down in the center. I put it in the fridge, but is it even good if she made it Friday or earlier and it wasn't refrigerated until Sunday night? She uses Sure-Jell, the box she showed me (when trying to figure out how many pints of blackberries she needed to make jam) wasn't low-sugar kind.

I'm not even sure if she uses BWB or inversion.
