Definitely going . I am looking for chaya and humboldtii wrightii caladiums. Found both there before, but they were done in by the freezes.

If I can find it, I will be wearing a white visor with silk roses pinned to it.

It was slow and not many vendors, so not so overwhelming.

Here's my haul.

And my precious... Humboltii caladiums. They are the tiny green and white ones. I love them so much, I paid an appalling 6 for a 4" pot. These will be my experiment to see if I can winter them over in the ground here. I've lost all previous that I kept in pots.

Best part was that I stayed in my budget and found at least one thing I went for.

Oh boy did I go ginger crazy..I bought the purple and yellow dancing ladies both, a brand new variety I can't remember the name of frin tge guy with the purple variety, Bermuda, and a red stemed one I forget the name of too. Then I bought a carniverous garden for Nick...he's happy as a clam but I am broke. Lucky for me I ran into Cheryl, who in the truest spirit of plant people offered my plants a ride to my car in her garden wagon and saved the day! What a great lady! Thank you so much Cheryl!
