Blue-Green Lichen spreading...need advice

After doing some reseach online I understand that what I have on the bark of my Crape Myrtle is the lichen. This showed up early this year. Today I noticed on the other side of the house, that it is now on the trunk/branches of my viburnum (or ligustrum, not sure)tree. Unfortunately, it doesn't say what you can do to eliminate them. The health of the trees are in good condition. I even found some of the blue-green blotches on my Japanese Boxwoods that are close to the Crape Myrtle. I appreciate some advice on what to do and what product to use. A landscaper next door tells me to spray a fungicide every two weeks. I appreciate it! Thanks!
