Have you tried posting @ the "Name That Plant" forum yet? They are really good over thereâ¦.

Is the stem woody or colored? The pics are not focused well so it's hard to tell. Have any of the pods exploded yet? It's my experience that any pod tends to explode when its 'ripe'

If this plant has purple flowers earlier in the day, it's
probably a mexican petunia. It is a beautiful plant that
grows quickly, but......it's best to put it in a container or
a place where you only want that plant. They have underground roots that go everywhere. Cuttings root
very quickly in water.

i think it is just a woody weed...so i pulled it.
never flowered.
