You may want to give them some more time as these seem to bloom as part of a specific cycle that includes quite a bit of growth before the buds form out of leaf nodes, for bloom. Mine recently completed some great blooming (in 2 flushes) and now that it is done for the moment, I'll be repotting some time this week. I repotted last year after its bloom (where it was blooming when I bought it in March) from its original 6" to an 8"... and now I need to go up again to a 10".

I have actually done some fertilizing of mine - mainly Ironite and some general 20-20-20 perhaps once a month.

In your case, patience may be a virtue as the fragrance is really worth it and my little hummingbird even nectared from mine! It could be that I am letting it get potbound before potting up so that may be helpful in triggering a bloom.

I have a stephanotis that I wwith a varigated topiary wreath, it is gowing rapidly but no flowers have appeared yet, I'm wondering if it ever will? I am thinking maybe the Ivy is covering the plant too much from the sun.
I thought if it bloomed it would be beautiful with the Ivy and the stephanotis green leathery leaves. Hopefully it will bloom soon.

Mine only gets a few hours of morning sun and that hasn't stopped it from blooming. From earlier posts that I've seen, they tend to be spring-blooming. A number of sites recommend allowing it to go through a bit of a dormant/rest period during late fall and through winter, where watering is reduced and fertilizing is withheld. Then when spring rolls around, hit it with some ferts and a bit more water and it should hopefully get it going through a bloom and growth cycle.
