need help id'ing vine with hairy roots

At first galnce I warned my neighbor that she had Poison Ivy growing on her fence. This fence seperates her yard from the same woods that border behind my house but she is one street over. But upon close inspection I realized I was worng. I have never seen this vine in the woods behind me. The bare stems were covered with short hairy roots that caused them to cling flat against her privacy fence (which is why I thought it was Poison Ivy until I got closer to it) then I discovered that it had somewhat oval shaped leaves on the few stems that I discovered leaves, they appeared to grow in opposites, but since there were very few leaves that was not certain. However there were enough leaves that I could tell they were definitley not "leaves of 3" and did not resemble Poison Ivy." Any idas what this might be? She had quite a lot of it.
