Best Conifers for Wet Areas

As part of a forestation project, I'm planting evergreen conifers (they are acting as a screen as well) around the nearly flat emergency spillway of my 1 acre pond. The pond is still filling, but I'm guessing water will overflow on average a couple times a year.

Looking for evergreen conifers that can withstand periodic saturation (maybe a week or so for each overflow occurance). I live in zone 5/6. White, loblolly, pith-loblolly, ponderosa, lodgepole, red, shortleaf, and jack pine are readily available. Also norway spruce, red cedar, concolor fir, and white spruce are avaialable. I'd prefer to choose from those listed, but can go with other species if required for these conditions.

Any suggestions?
