I have a row of six of these I bought from Maryotts last year. Starting blooming in the fall and went like crazy. Just started blooming again yesterday with one bloom and a whole bunch open today. The yellow is actually more golden than my camera picks up and the flowers are very striking, just not fancy.

Its a Maryott intro and Bill calls this a landscape daylily. The fan with most buds I counted 35 buds so I know its going to be a good one. Will see how many sets of scapes it puts up here as last year it only had a chance to bloom late in the fall.

On top of all this, I had to move it last fall because it was planted were I was going to do the terraces garden and it had to relocate.

The color might be truer to life in this last shot. This is what I want from a daylily. Masses of bloom, easy and dependable.
