I would like to personally thank all of you that have posted pix of those georgous flowers and beautiful yards. Have enjoyed them so much. Just seeing those keep me going.

It has been so hot and dry here and my flowers look awful. About the only thing that looks good is the weeds. We have started getting some afternoon sprinkles and hopefully soon my flowers will come back into bloom again. I do have a few in bloom but they are not worthy of posting.

Keep the photos coming and maybe soon, I can show my yard again in full bloom.

I am the same way - I LOVE to view other gardeners gardens. I get so many ideas from them plus get inspired. If you want to see my gardens try the link below. I hope you enjoy them....

I love them also..and I don't think anyone who has just small flower bed or gardens should be afraid to post thiers also...I like the small stuff just as well as the large stuff..don't let the big beautiful gardens, or the ideal cottage gardens intimidate you from posting yours too..there is much to be learned and shared from ALL sizes..all kinds, all regions. The pictures are one of my fav parts. You guys keep my ideas flowing and make me think of my own beds in a new light often. SHARE SHARE SHARE

We live in Central Indiana and have a home in Southern Indiana. We have had so much rain. Over the Easter weekend we had so much flooding in the south. Our home is located outside of French Lick, Indiana. The business part of town was so badly flooded. Our home out of town sits up on a hill. The neighbor man said we had 2 cars parked up in our drive and the water was up to the windows. The water was up to within 6 inches of the bottom of the stop sign at the corner. We have never seen water this high before. My hubby went down later on in the week and it still looked like a lake across the road. We have had more then enough rain...

Oh geeze. Thanks for the kind words. Very much appreciated but not necessary. :) Garden Web is my occasional mental vacation/distraction from a hectic real life. As much as I love color, it's nice to come here and read about other stuff.

Eva, I'm sorry about the malignancies. We will continue praying for Barbara and keeping her in our thoughts. Thank goodness she will have someone there to help her through the summer. Please continue to keep us updated on her from time to time if you don't mind. Her positive outlook will get her far in her fight. We will be there for her. Linda

Your 'Heartland Gardens' is lovely.
I love colorful flowers and interesting layouts. Those of you with pine trees and woodland yards are so lucky to have such lush backdrops.

I agree with all of you - I am constantly learning and get inspired from photos of other people's gardens and flowers, big or small; fancy or grass roots.
