Are salvias prone to fungal diseases?

I have some salvias--May Night, Blue Hills, Black and Blue (I think), that are really struggling. The leaves get crispy and the plant seems to fade into crispiness. I've lost two May Nights in the last month planted in two different beds.

We've had odd weather here. Too much rain and too little heat until this past week. Humidity is still high. All the roses and tomatoes are struggling with fungal diseases.

Thoughts? These guys did great in the heat and drought of last year. I fell in love with them and don't want to lose them if I can help it.

Adding to that...my new rudbekia Indian Summer is getting some crispy leaves with holes in them. What am I about to do battle with?
