Judy, you know full well that you are among fellow addicts when it comes to buying plants. And I so love the English roses...just be sure to give them plenty of room. They will need it. Vel, it is a record for me, that is for sure. It was one I got in the fall from Bill Maryott, but no way was able to resist taking pictures of those three together. Thanks Cindy, all of my early clematis are covered in buds. They are hapopy with the strange weather. Rebecca is a true red in my garden...same color as my monitor, and the blooms are large. It is close to my favorite...then I see another one and oh I love that one. You know how it is. Thany you Linda. As I've already said, I love Rebecca! kay

Nancy- I didn't think about it until you pointed it out but the tulips really are just in time for easter. Not a big deal for me now but it brings back memories of when I was a child. My dad really loved tulips and always had some planted. My mom and I always had to stand in front of the tulip display for in our easter outfits for pictures on Easter Sunday. I have always loved tulips as long as I can remember and I am sure that it goes back to these childhood memories. Christine- The tulips are the Scheepers Early Tulip Mix. When they started blooming this spring with the purple tulips, I was surprised to see that color. I went back to their website and checked again and sure enough, it was supposed to be a mix of hot colors like red, yellow, orange and blends but no purple or pink. But I like the purple in there, I think it looks good so I don't mind. The terracing does make it easier to show off the plants plus I can squeeze lots more in than I ever could if I had a flat yard. I am really glad that front yard space is terraced as it shows off the bulb disply so well. I had to look up camassia as I have never heard of it. Thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't appeal to be at all.

I really like your seedlings. Very pretty. The last hurtle hybridizers have to jump is to make daylilies into weeklilies so we can enjoy them longer in the house. And I agree. That sword pattern on the petals on the Emmerick seedlings is incredible....Maryl

Look at all those buds on PATTERNS. With this crazy weather we all have been experiencing this year it doesn't surprise me a FFO isn't as perfect as we anticipate but yours look pretty good.You've got lots more to look forward to. Julia

Lovely blooms Dot...especially like OG and Goldenzelle. Is Mint Octopus a really large spider? Looks huge and I love that greenish color.

Beautiful photos Dot!! Guess you like your eyes and edges? :o) I really like Christopher Moody... great contrast, but I think it is the grape purple color that I am drawn to.

Sorry I forgot to answer questions.

piksi,,I bought all of the new intros directly from the hybridizers. The rest I got from the Lily Auction.

Jan, Mint Octopus measures about 8". It is sure pretty. Goldenzelle really is that bright yellow color, sort of neon yellow. I love and it bought 2 clumps. I think I have 7 bloom stalks on it this year. It is also pod fertile.

Dot- Your daylilies are always so pretty. My favorites would be Lacy Lucy and Goldenzelle but I sure do love that pattern in Tequilla Mockingbird.
