Hi All

As the climate in the uk is changing here in the southwest

we may not get enough rain or it may only rain in the winter

and summers become very hot and dry.The conifers that

have been growing in these parts that like the high rainfall

and that is most conifers would nolonger be able to grow

here the only conifers that would succeed would be a

few Cupressus,Juniperus keteleerias,Pinus,Tetarclinis

all species that need moist conditions most species in the

Cepahloatxaceae,Cupressaceae, phyllocladaceae

Pineaceae,Podocarpaceae,Taxaceae and also Sciadopityaceae

would never grow here which would mean and end to most

conifers in Britian. It looks like a vast number of conifers

are going to succumb to climate change inless we change

our ways.
