blood orange and key lime

I bought one of each on my last visit to FL. they never bloom at the same time. I have had them for three years, and they have never produced any fruit. Because I have to keep them indoors, they don't get pollinated by insects. I think it is my pollinating techniques that are my problem, but maby its because i can never give one the pollen from another citrus tree. Am I not getting fruit because im not pollinating right, or beacuse i need to cross pollinate them.

also I have tried many times to take cuttings of my trees, but they never root. how are citrus prop. by cuttings. are air layers more successful. normally, i take the cutting dip it in root hormone, burry it a ittle mor than half way, strip some leaves, water, keep warm, and mist daily. what am i doing wrong.

thanks
