Clematis from June-July through October?

When doing repeated online searches for long blooming clematis, I keep coming upon descriptions which claim Clematis grow "all summer long, from June through October". ????? I've not seen that before.

For example, here is a description from Wayside Gardens:

Clematis Franziska MarieÂ

Botanical Name: Clematis hybrid 'Evipo008' PP#15,745

Double blooms 4 to 6 inches across from early summer all the way into fall!

I need your help people!! I want these long blooming plants, but am concerned about whether or not I should believe the description.

I have a long fence with a full South view and it's next to a busy street, so drivers by will be quite amazed to see a lot of vertical climbing in this locaiton.

I would really like to offer them all season flower power - June through October.

Do any of you have any suggestions of which varieties REALLY do bloom "all season"? Your help would be appreciated!

Thank you for your help!
