Indoor/Outdoor Lemon Tree

Greetings everyone,

I have been indoor growing a lemon tree from seed for 5 or 6 years, and every year I've been changing its pot and soil and water it regularly. Its growing wonderful, but no fruits yet. This year I decided to place it on the balcony. Im at 11th floor and there are sometimes high winds. Because of the tree's pins, and winds, the leaves got cut and are now looking yellow, dry and ruffled. I could say this is the worse looking face of the tree I saw so far, and Im a bit worried. I see many small branches coming our and small leaves but at the tip of the leave I see them dried. Some are even fallen.

Please advice!
