Hi, newbie here that is getting a bad case of compulsive succulent buying. I started with some hens and chicks that were a present from a neighbor, added a few sedums, then started visiting this site and got hooked. Yesterday found a bonsai pot with 5 or 6 pony tail palms. I would like to separate them and transfer them into larger pots. Is there anything I should do differently since these are bonsai? The pot they are in now is about 4 inches across. What size would you recommend I use for each one?
BTW...I also received in the mail today a burro's tail, lamb's tail and buttons-on-a-string.
Thanks, Susan
